This Privacy Policy governs the private MediaWiki instance located at transparent-clayton.com (the "Wiki"). This Wiki is a private, closed system operated and maintained exclusively by its two authorized administrators.
No Public Registration
This Wiki is entirely private. Public registration is strictly disabled. No accounts can be created by third parties, and no public user data is collected, processed, or stored.
Data We Collect and Process
Because this system is limited strictly to its two operators, data collection is minimal and restricted to standard operational logs:
Account Information: We store only the usernames, hashed passwords, and optional email addresses explicitly configured for the two authorized administrators.
Contribution History: Standard MediaWiki functionality records text edits, file uploads, and page creation timestamps. These are tied exclusively to the two authorized administrator accounts.
Technical Server Logs: The underlying web server automatically logs standard technical requests (including IP addresses, browser user-agents, and access timestamps) to ensure system security, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot performance.
Internal Operations Only: All collected data is used solely to maintain the stability, security, and functionality of the Wiki.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data or logs with third parties, analytics companies, or advertisers.
Data Retention and Security
Security: Reasonable technical measures are in place to safeguard the server and database from unauthorized external access.
Retention: Public contribution history remains within the database database indefinitely to maintain wiki continuity. Server security logs are retained temporarily and purged automatically on a regular schedule according to standard server configurations.
Changes to This Policy
As a private system restricted to its two operators, any operational updates to this policy will be managed and agreed upon directly by the administrators.
